How matching works
A clinic or lab creates a case in the Dentframe app, chooses the case type and teeth and uploads the scans. The case is offered to designers on the marketplace, who choose the projects they want. Clients can also send a case to a specific designer or to one of their favourite designers. With Dentframe Prime, clinics can choose and save favourite designers.
Payment protection
Payments on the Dentframe marketplace are protected, for clinics and labs that order designs as well as for the designers who deliver them.

Designers receive new cases, choose their projects and set their own hours. They get marketing tools and reach dentists and labs on the platform, and they work in the software they know: 3Shape, exocad or Blender.

Clinics and labs get access to verified designers and can smooth out production peaks by uploading cases when there is too much to do. Every intraoral scanner works, and all common file formats are supported: STL, OBJ, PLY, DCM, 3OX and 3OXZ.

Turnaround and price
Designs by human designers are delivered from 60 minutes. The exact turnaround for your case is shown in the app before you commit. AI designs for models, splints and trays are delivered in under 20 minutes.
You see the price in the app when you create a case, before you send it for design. Dentframe Prime is optional platform access (storage, designer choice, priority), separate from the case fee.
