Free, Prime and Prime+ are subscriptions for platform access: storage, designer choice and visibility. They are not the price of a design. Case and job prices are shown in the app when you create a case.
Free is enough for one-off jobs. Prime ($19/month or $190/year) gives you control, history and the ability to pick the right designer. Prime+ ($39/month or $390/year) gives you longer archiving and maximum visibility.
